NO BIAS Projekt
In NO BIAS we deal with (unconscious) biases of (prospective) teachers. In doing so, we take a closer look at teachers’ judgments in order to find starting points for the reduction of (unconscious) influences in these judgments. In the NO BIAS project it is particularly important to us to work co-constructively with different educational actors (teachers, school administrators, educational policy) in order to develop measures that can be applied in school practice in the long term instead of additive special measures.
